Our goal is to provide premium personalized pet products while ensuring a transparent and smooth experience for every customer.
All products offered by Critter Jahan are customized according to the information and photos provided by the customer.
Because each product is specially made for an individual pet, personalized products cannot be resold or reused for another customer.
An advance payment of Rs. 500 is required before we begin working on your personalized Pet ID Card.
Your order will only be processed after the advance payment has been received and verified.
The remaining balance must be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery.
Customers may request cancellation and receive a full refund of their advance payment only if Critter Jahan has not yet started working on the order.
Once work on your personalized Pet ID Card has started, the advance payment becomes non-refundable.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, completed or printed orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned unless an error has been made by Critter Jahan.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information during registration.
